Please log in to order

The new Italian made, VDS-X, is a high frequency intraoral x-ray generator with a market leading 0.3mm focal spot. This well priced unit includes a state-of-the art wireless palmtop allowing full control of the X-Ray unit remotely.

Features

  • 0.3mm focal spot. With the smallest focal spot in the veterinary dental market, images are detailed and crystal clear while exposure time/emitted dose is minimised.
  • State-of-the art total remote control. The wireless radio-frequency palmtop allows full control of the x-ray unit in total safety. Remote management of kilovolt [kV],
milliamperes [mA], and exposure time [ms], makes the VDS-X a unique device.
  • Lightweight and compact. The lightweight Toshiba tube head (3.5 kg) allows easy and precise manoeuvrability.
  • Pre-programmed settings. Exposure timings are pre-programmed (according to R10 scale) and these may be further customised by the veterinarian to suit specific radiographic
    requirements.
  • Operator and patient safety. The constant DC generated x-ray output potential significantly reduces the dose to the patient. Further operator and patient safety is provided by the systems exclusive thermo switch that stops X-Ray exposure emission in the unlikely event of an exposure timer failure.
