Available in sizes from 15 – 140 and lengths of 60mm, 80mm and 120mm packaged in packs of six files in a 15 – 40, 45 – 80 and 90 – 140.
Compared to the K-File the K-Reamer has an open spiral design with three cutting edges, a 60° tip and a 120° cutting angle.
It is designed to effectively enlarge the root canals. The instrument has an excellent debris transportation.
The K-Reamer should be used with a screwing movement.
