As with all mechanical equipment, maintenance and repair will need to be provided from time to time. As New Zealand’s only dedicated veterinary dental supplier, we understand your dental equipment plays a vital role in your practice, and time without it can have a detrimental impact on your business. Sending equipment overseas for repair can be time consuming and expensive. We maintain a nation wide network of dental equipment technicians from Auckland to Invercargill which allows equipment to be serviced and repaired locally avoiding the issues of sending equipment overseas.

All our technicians are highly qualified and experienced dental radiographic, electrical and pneumatic engineers providing assurance and peace of mind that your equipment is in good hands.
Regular maintenance of your dental machines and equine power equipment is important to ensure best results.
Companion Animal Dental Units require an annual service, weekly maintenance and daily lubrication.
Equine Power Equipment requires service every 6 months if used daily and every 12 months if used occasionally. To optimise the life and efficiency of your equipment, tools must be cleaned after each use. Most equipment is “water resistant” not “water proof”. Handpieces shouldn’t be left soaking in buckets and must be washed and dried immediately and stored away correctly.
